Registration and accommodation
Registration: Participants will be registered for the AMESA Congress 2010 on receipt of a completed registration form and payment of all costs associated with the Congress.
Registration fees include admission to all sessions, a copy of the various volumes of Proceedings of the Congress, a copy of the Congress programme, the Congress satchel, morning and afternoon teas as well as lunch from Sunday to Thursday.
Early Registration: Participants whose forms and payment reach the Congress secretariat by 5 February 2010 will pay a reduced early registration fee of R600.
Normal Registration: Participants whose forms and payment reach the Congress secretariat between 6 February and 5 March 2010, both dates included, will pay the normal registration fee of R700.
Late Registration: Participants whose forms and payment reach the Congress secretariat after 5 March will pay an increased late registration fee of R1000.
AMESA membership: All participants must be current paid-up AMESA individual or institutional members.
Participants who already are members must produce proof of membership (their membership number) when registering.
Participants who are not paid-up members must complete the AMESA membership renewal/application form and pay the appropriate membership subscription when registering.
Accommodation: There is no accommodation available at the George Campbell School of Technology. We will be using hostel accommodation at nearby schools. Click here for details of hostel accommodation.
Participants prefering not to stay in hostels must make their own accommodation arrangements with nearby hotels and lodges. Click here for information about alternative accommodation.
