Participants staying in guest houses, lodges and hotels must arrange their own transport to and from the venue. Meals: Lunches from Monday to Friday and the Welcome Dinner (Monday evening) are included in the registration fee. Please indicate your dietary requirements on the Registration Form. Breakfast and dinners are not included in the registration fee and participants have to make their own arrangements (if you are staying in the hostel, then breakfast and dinners are included in the cost of the hostel accommodation). Funding: A limited amount of funding is available to assist participants who would otherwise be unable to attend Congress. The application form for funding is available on this website. Applications close on 30 April 2017. Cancellation: Please note that, once your registration form has been processed, a cancellation fee of 20% of all costs will be charged for cancellations up to 31 May 2017. After 31 May no refunds will be made for any cancellation of complete or partial costs. Equipment for presenters: For computer workshops or presentations, presenters must supply any software to be pre-installed by 10 June 2017. For presentations and workshops, presenters must supply their audio-visual requirements to the Congress Director by 10 June 2017. Activity Centre: A range of activities will be on offer during the congress, with certain focused events at different times.
