How to get to TUT (Mbombela campus):
By air: There are more than 5 flights per day via SA Airlink from OR Tambo International airport to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. There are also flights from King Shaka airport in Durban ( 2 flights per day) and Cape Town (1 flight per day)

By car: From Gauteng enter Mbombela using N4, turn right into Madiba drive, drive for about 2 km, turn left into the University.

Transport in Mbombela: Transport to and from the venue (Tshwane University of Technology, Mbombela Campus) will be provided for participants arriving by bus, train or plane, at an extra cost. To use this transport, you must pre-order it. Please see the tariffs and supply your details on the Registration Form.

Participants arriving by plane will be picked up from the Kruger Mpumalanga Airport and dropped off at Mbombela Campus only. Your return trip will be vice-versa from Mbombela Campus to the airport only. Likewise for transport to and from the train station and bus terminus.

The transport coordinator, for official transport only is Mr DJ Zwane (Cell: 082 958 4738).

Note: Participants staying in guest houses, lodges and hotels must arrange their own transport to and from the venue.
Transport will be provided for participants who will be residing in hostels.

Meals: Lunches from Monday to Friday and the Welcome Dinner (Monday evening) are included in the registration fee. Please indicate your dietary requirements on the Registration Form. Breakfast and dinners are not included in the registration fee and participants have to make their own arrangements.

Funding: A limited amount of funding is available to assist participants who would otherwise be unable to attend Congress. The application form for funding is available on this website. Applications close on 30 April 2016.

Cancellation: Please note that, once your registration form has been processed, a cancellation fee of 20% of all costs will be charged for cancellations up to 31 May 2016. After 31 May no refunds will be made for any cancellation of complete or partial costs.

Equipment for presenters: For computer workshops or presentations, presenters must supply any software to be pre-installed by 10 June 2016. For presentations and workshops, presenters must supply their audio-visual requirements to the coordinator Joseph Mcongwane (E-mail: djncongwane@gmail.com; Cell: 072 444 6719; Fax 086 650 8630) by 1 June 2016.

Activity Centre: A range of activities will be on offer during the congress, with certain focused events at different times. The conference program will provide more details as well as a timetable for these activities.

Weather in Mbombela: Please remember that it will be winter in Mpumalanga, usually sunny, but cold to very cold during the evening and at night. For those who feel the cold, an extra blanket and warm clothing would be advisable.
