Registration and accommodation

Registration:
Participants will be registered for the AMESA Congress 2023 only after completion of all the details on the link https://uctcmc.eventsair.com/amesa-congress-2023/reg-form and payment of all costs associated with the Congress have been received.

The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, copies of the Congress Programme and the Proceedings (on flash drive), the Congress bag (limited to the first 1 500 completed registrations), morning and afternoon teas, lunch, and the Welcome Cocktail.

The registration fee is R2 000 and your completed registration and payment must take place before 31 May 2023.
The registration fee for day visitors is R500/person/day, excluding congress material. Congress material will be available for day visitors at an additional cost of R350.
The registration fee for registered students is R150/student/day.

AMESA membership:
All participants must be current paid-up AMESA individual or institutional members. Please bring your membership card to Registration.

Participants who are not members can complete the attached AMESA membership application form (see page 14) and pay the appropriate membership subscription fee. Please send the membership application form and your Proof of Payment by e-mail to membership@amesa.org.za

Complete the form on the link for congress registration https://uctcmc.eventsair.com/amesa-congress-2023/reg-form and pay for membership with your registration fee. You will not be able to register without a current membership number.

Note that you must register online by completing the form on the link  https://uctcmc.eventsair.com/amesa-congress-2023/reg-form and you must register by 31 May. After 31 May the link will not open and you will not be able to register or attend the congress.
