Meals:
Lunches from Monday to Friday and the Welcome Dinner (Monday evening) are included in the registration fee.
Funding:
A limited amount of funding is available to assist participants who would otherwise be unable to attend Congress. The application form for funding is available on this website. Applications close on 30 April .
Cancellation: Please note that, once your registration form has been processed, a cancellation fee of 20% of all costs will be charged for cancellations up to 31 May. After 31 May no refunds will be made for any cancellation of complete or partial costs.
Equipment for presenters:
For computer workshops or presentations, presenters must supply any software to be pre-installed by 10 June.
For presentations and workshops, presenters must supply their audio-visual requirements to the Congress Director by 10 June.
Activity Centre:
A range of activities will be on offer during the congress, with certain focused events at different times. The conference program will provide more details as well as a timetable for these activities.
