Registration and accommodation

Registration:
Participants will be registered for the AMESA Congress 2024 only after completion of the registration form and payment of all costs associated with the Congress have been received.

The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, copies of the Congress Programme and the Proceedings (on flash drive), the Congress bag, morning and afternoon teas, lunch, and the Welcome Cocktail.

AMESA membership:
All participants must be current paid-up AMESA individual or institutional members. Please bring your membership card to Registration.

Participants who are not members can complete the AMESA membership application form and pay the appropriate membership subscription fee. Please send the membership application form and your Proof of Payment by e-mail to membership@amesa.org.za
